All Free Returns

You have 30 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged. If you contact us within 30 days, we will do what we can to make it right. If you have not received the item(s) after 30 days, send us an email and we will process a refund within 1-3 business days. 

Ex: Activewear sent back in original packaging, unworn.

Free Shipping in U.S, Canada & U.K on orders over $39.99.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and ship in 2-3 days, most packages are delivered within 6-12 business days, however in some cases it may take a little longer due to the postal services reacting to the pandemic. 

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and potential shipping delays. If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed and we can look further into the claim. Shipping Lead Times:

United States: 6-12 business days.

Canada & United Kingdom: 7-15 business days. 

Why did my items come separately?  

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately as some items may be in a different warehouse, depending on your location. If you receive one before the other please do not panic as we ship to multiple countries and will make sure the remaining items make it to you!
