· Please contact customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order ID, the reason you'd like to return it, and a photo of the item in its current state.
· If the item is not the size that you need, let us know immediately upon realization, so we can begin an exchange where applicable.
· Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team. Note: you will have to pay for shipping to return the item(s) unless it is a quality issue or a size issue.
· Within 3-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued according to your communication with our service team to the original payment account, credit card, or gift card.
· For most items, you have 30 days from receiving the item to try it on and see if it is the correct size. (With the exception of swimwear and sports bras due to health precautions.) If your items are not the correct size, contact us and we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit for the item(s). We will only take back items that are in good shape, unused, unworn, and contains all parts with their original tags/package unless there is a quality issue.
· For swimwear and sports bras, please try them on as soon as possible and let us know if the sizing does not work for you, in this case, we can offer an exchange or store gift card.
· We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.
· We do not accept returns outside of the 30-day window, please contact and process your return so that it has been sent back to us in the 30 days.
All clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
A Few Things to Note:
Health and sanitation are top priority for us, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction to the highest level, with that noted please read a few hygiene reminders below. :
Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety. Due to sanitary reasons, we will only accept an exchange if the hygiene liner is still attached. Please try on your swim items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.
For sanitary reasons water bottles, shapewear, and swimwear without the hygiene label attached are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
Sports bras with tags still attached can be returned or exchanged.
Water bottles and shapewear items may not be returned due to sanitary concerns.
Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
Note: the below conditions are not quality issues:
Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color
due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues
Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal
preference do not constitute quality issues
Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair,
modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues
Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

After receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team
We handle all returns-related customer service matters within 48 hours.
Do not send returned items to the sender's address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of shipping out your returned product, please contact us ASAP.
